Push notifications FAQ

Yes. You can change these anytime by going to your alert settings.

Here are the most common reasons you may not be getting them:

  • We only send notifications to devices you use often like your mobile phone to help keep your account secure. You should start getting them again once you log on to your preferred device. Then be sure to log on every 30 days so you don’t miss any other notifications.
  • You haven’t allowed push notifications for the app in your device settings. From your iOS or Android device, go to “Settings” and select “Notifications.” Then go to the USAA Mobile App and toggle “Allow Notifications.”
