General questions
We've made the following improvements to help make it easier to manage your deposit account and debit card:
- Improved look and feel of your deposit account summary to make it easier for you to find the things you’re looking for.
- New ability to expand and collapse sections of the account summary to put focus on the things that you use most.
- Additional quick action links to help simplify navigation to key tasks.
- Enhanced ability to distinguish debits, credits, fees and pending transactions within your account history.
- Centrally located my account and card information for you to easily manage your information.
Here's how you can manage your scheduled transactions:
- Scheduled transactions will display on your account summary when you have a future dated payment, transfer or reminder.
- Select “View more scheduled transactions” to review and manage transactions.
- Select any transaction from your list to get more details about that item.
- Switch easily to the Recent tab to view your recent history or tap new quick access links to pay your bills, transfer funds or set a reminder.
Here's how you can manage your transactions:
- Go to "Recent” transactions.
- Select "View more transactions" to review and manage transactions.
- Select any transaction to get more details or tap new quick access links to search for specific transactions or view statements.
Here's how you can manage your account and debit card in one place:
- Select "My Account & Card” quick access link located under your Available Balance to easily manage your account and debit card.
- Select "View account information" for detailed account information. Set up Overdraft Protection for your deposit account or change the overdraft setting for your qualifying checking account by selecting “Review Overdraft Options."
- Manage your debit card(s) by selecting the appropriate card option under the “My debit cards” section, such as block or unblock your debit card and order a new one.
When you select "More," you'll be able to:
- Find an ATM near you.
- Order checks.
- Stop payment on a check.
- Create and manage your budget.
- Review your spending habits.
