Transcript Date: March 28, 2022
Welcome to USAA. You're joining us at a very special time in our history as our association marches into its
second century of serving military families. Over the years our membership has grown,
it has changed and their expectations continue to rise. But what has been constant for us is a noble mission of serving military
families and helping them to build their financial security. That mission is really strong and it is supported by our great culture
here at USAA. Which is all about service, about serving our members with excellence and about serving each other with excellence.
I think it really distinguishes us from many other companies across America. So I wish for you like me a long
and rewarding career here at USAA. And know that together we can serve and ensure that
USAA is prepared to be excellent in its second century, just like it was in its first.
So again, welcome to USAA.
Welcome to USAA! You are joining us at a very special time in our USAA history as we move into our second century of our noble mission of serving military families and helping them to build their financial security. Our mission is supported by our strong culture and we are excited you are joining us. I wish for you a long and rewarding career here at USAA!"

In 1922, when 25 Army officers met in San Antonio and decided to insure each other's vehicles, they couldn't have imagined that their tiny organization would one day serve millions of members and become one of the only fully integrated financial services organizations in America.
