If all your account information isn't shown, you may need to clear your browser's cache. To do that, follow the steps listed for your browser.
Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
Version 7
- In the Tools menu, select Delete Browsing History.
- In the Temporary Internet Files section, select Delete files.
- Once the files have been deleted, close the window and refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
Version 8
- Click the Safety button toward the top right of your screen and select Delete Browsing History.
- Check the following boxes:
- Preserve Favorites website data
- Cookies
- Form data
- In Private Filtering data
- Click Delete.
- Once the files have been deleted, refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
Version 9
- Click on the Tools icon.
- Select Safety, then Delete browsing history.
- If necessary, uncheck the box next to Preserve Favorites website data.
- Check the boxes next to Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
- Click Delete.
- Once the files have been deleted, refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
WindowsSee note® (Firefox versions 14, 16, 17, 19 and 20)
- Click the Firefox button at the top left of the screen.
- In the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
- In the dropdown box next to "Time range to clear," select Everything.
- If necessary, click the arrow next to Details to see the details list.
- Check the box next to Cache and uncheck everything else.
- Click Clear Now.
- Once the files have been deleted, refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
MacSee note® (Firefox versions 14, 16, 17 and 20)
- In the Tools menu, select Clear Recent History.
- If necessary, click the arrow next to Details to see the details list.
- Check the box next to Cache and uncheck everything else.
- Click Clear Now.
- Once the files have been deleted, refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
Chrome 19, 22, 23 and 26
- Click the Menu icon next to the address bar and select Settings.
- In the Tools menu, select Clear browsing data.
- In the dropdown next to "Obliterate the following items from," select the beginning of time.
- Check the boxes next to:
- Empty the cache
- Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Close and restart the browser.
Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
WindowsSee note® (Safari versions 5.1.5 and 5.1.7)
- Click the Settings icon and select Reset Safari.
- Check all the boxes on the window.
- Click Reset.
- Close and restart the browser.
MacSee note® (Safari versions 5.1.5 and 5.1.7)
- Click the Safari button at the top left of the screen and select Reset Safari.
- Check all the boxes on the window.
- Click Reset.
- Close and restart the browser.
Follow the instructions below to clear your cache.
WindowsSee note® (Opera version 11.5)
- Click the Opera button at the top left of the screen.
- In the Settings menu, select Delete Private Data.
- Click the arrow next to Details to see the details list.
- Check the following boxes:
- Delete all cookies
- Delete entire cache
- Click Delete.
- Once the files have been deleted, refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
MacSee note® (Opera version 11.5)
- In the Tools menu, select Delete Private Data.
- If necessary, click the arrow next to Detailed Options to see the detail list.
- Check the box next to Delete entire cache and uncheck everything else.
- Select Delete.
- Once the files have been deleted, refresh the browser page by pressing F5 on the keyboard.
