You can find the details of your policy in your USAA documents on usaa.com or the USAA Mobile App. When you file a homeowners claim, your adjuster will confirm the coverage your policy provides.

You can view your policy by logging in to your USAA account and selecting Homeowners from the Account Summary page and then selecting View Policy Documents.

A claim or part of a claim may be denied because it isn't covered under the terms of your policy. For more detailed information, visit the Claim Denial FAQ.

Your adjuster will contact you for any portion of your claim that isn't covered. You'll be emailed the coverage decision, but you can also check your claim status on usaa.com or the USAA Mobile App anytime.
