Due to the rules and restrictions of APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. boxes, we can't deliver to those special locations.

Yes. If possible, include the time of the service and allow at least six business hours for the florist to design and deliver the arrangement to ensure on-time delivery.

If you're not satisfied with the freshness of your flowers, call an agent within that time. We'll replace your item or refund your money.
