PHH is the servicer of your mortgage loan. Due to a change with PHH's servicing requirements, beginning Nov. 26, 2016, USAA will no longer receive your mortgage account information directly from PHH.
If you'd like to continue viewing your PHH mortgage account information on USAA My Accounts, you can add PHH as an external account by taking the following steps:
- Go to www.usaa.com and login to your account.
- Click on My Accounts.
- Under My Accounts, click on the option “Add a non-USAA account” and select “Bank or Investment or Insurance.”
- Search for and select PHH Mortgage Questions.
- Login with your PHH credentials.

Yes. As of Nov. 26, 2016, if you'd like to view your mortgage loan account information on usaa.com My Accounts, you will need to add PHH as an external account by taking the following steps:
