You're the only one authorized to use your debit card. If there are other account holders on your checking account, they can each have their own card.

It depends on what kind of ATM you use. We do not charge a service fee when you use one of our ATMs, regardless of the type of account you have. No. A USAA Bank debit card lets you make purchases and conduct transactions worldwide with all merchants who accept Visa. Your debit card is primarily associated with the money available in your checking account. A USAA ATM card is primarily linked to a savings account and cannot be used to make purchases with a merchant.
