Financial solutions during your hardship
Stability plays an important role in the financial security of our members — and empowering that security is our mission.
We are now mobilizing across USAA to assist our members during the government shutdown. Our no-interest loan was made available to eligible members on October 8th. Currently, USAA has provided over $189 million in no-interest loans to approximately 51,000 members, with most of the eligible members who applied being approved for the loan.
This loan provides our members with repayment options of 60 to 90 days to allow them more time to ease back into their day-to-day finances.
We stand ready to continue to support members in the days and weeks to come, with our loan and other payment relief options across our banking and insurance products.
